Chef Griggs is kicking off Caribbean American Heritage Month at Kulture with this event. Her menu consists of Trinidadian food from multiple diasporas. Trinidad is a mix of West Indian, Asian, African, Venezuelan, and European cultures. Take your tastebuds on a journey across the world!
